When a product is out of stock, we offer the option to place it on backorder. This allows you to make a purchase and secure your spot in line to receive the item as soon as it is restocked. So, if you choose to purchase, or have already purchased, an item on backorder and received an order confirmation with an order number, it means that your credit card has been successfully charged. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will promptly ship out your entire order, ensuring you are among the first to receive it.

Once the backorder item is back in stock, the entire order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will also receive a tracking number once it's officially shipped.
