Processing Time
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your package ships, you will receive e-mail notification and tracking.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.
Delivery Time
All packages within North America (Including Canada, USA and Mexico), are delivered within 1-7 business days. You can select your shipping method during checkout. Your order timeline may be effected by customs clearance time within your own home country. All our packages are prepared to be shipped anywhere in North America and should not be held for any reason. Please note, remote areas may take additional time to deliver to and can only be shipped via standard ground shipping.
