Here's a quick overview: hair extensions can be returned within 14 days or exchanged within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition with all gold/brown ties fully intact. Styling tools (excluding open box or final sale items) can be returned within 14 days or exchanged within 30 days, as long as they are in their original condition.

You'll need the email address you ordered with OR your shipping Zip Code and your order number handy. Once you submit all your information about the exchange/return you will be given a return label and instructions on how to send back your item(s). If you are outside the USA or Canada, you will be provided a return mailing address to send back your item(s).
