- Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or improper storage or handling.


- Warranty Claim Process: If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, please get in touch with our customer support within the warranty period. They will guide you through the claim process, which may involve providing proof of purchase and returning the defective product.


- Warranty Resolution: Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will assess it and, if deemed valid, either repair or replace the defective product. Bombay Hair will determine the final resolution.


- Shipping and Repair Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the defective product for warranty service. However, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced item back to you.
